Exchange Programmes

Exchange programmes provide the opportunity for study in UK schools. Unlike summer school the pupils integrate with British children participating in everyday lessons and activities. A reasonable level of English is a requirement as pupils are expected to take part in a lesson. It is suited to those pupils that have been involved in advanced English programmes in their own countries.

COST: Can vary according to the programme offered. During term time private schools may have limited boarding space. A popular option is 2 pupils staying together in a home stay and attending a local day school. The home stay arrangement is run along the same lines as the guardianship programme, with the agencies that we use affiliated to AEGIS and obliged to run background police checks on the host families.
